Spirituality
Wonder, Wisdom and Goodness
At Chrishall, we want our spiritually developed children to love and accept themselves and enjoy good relationships with each other. We provide opportunities for them to take an interest and delight in the world around them and are open to what lies beyond the material (this may manifest itself in faith/belief in God). Children are always encouraged to express and understand feelings, as well as respect those of others. Through living out our vision and values, children have a strong moral sense and a love of what is good. They are able to enjoy quiet and stillness, possess an active imagination, and show joy in creativity and discovering new skills.
We believe the three words: 'Wonder', 'Wisdom' and 'Goodness' capture what spirituality at Chrishall means.
Wonder → curiosity, delight in the world, imagination, openness to the spiritual.
Wisdom → understanding of self and others, moral sense, reflection, and learning.
Goodness → love, compassion, respect, and joy in creativity and discovery.
