Sports Leaders' Report: Chrishall girls v Chesterford girls
On Thursday 2nd of May Newton girls played a football match against Great Chesterford. It was a lucky win for Chrishall, the score came at 4-0. Our goal keeper, Bethan, managed to save an uncountable amount of close goals. Also our defenders, Megan and Hetty, were able to move the ball up pasted the Centre of the football pitch. Then we have our mid-fielders, Darcey, Rachel and Rosie, who were passing the ball up the pitch for our attacker, Chloe. We all listened to each other and passed to each other and because of this we managed to score our first goal. We had high hopes for the second half and these were realised. Now we are hoping to develop our skills for the next season; we would also like to invite some year 4 boys and girls to training as they will be able to come next season.
